A route to your first tech role

Nobody lands a six-figure security job in twelve weeks. What you can do is reach a real first role — helpdesk, SOC, junior analyst — with a plan that tells you the truth about the timeline.

01 — How the coaching works

A plan built around where you’re actually starting

I’ve spent 25 years in the field and hold a CISSP, so I know what a first-role manager actually screens for. We work on that — the skills, the CV, the interview answers — not a generic syllabus.

03 — Session formats

One-to-one, or a small group on the same journey

Most career-changers work one-to-one so the plan stays yours. A couple of people making the same move can share sessions at a lower rate.

Online · 1-to-1 Live video sessions over your preferred platform. Best for personalised exam prep, certification coaching, and career-change journeys.
Online · small group Bring a study partner or friends. Group rates available — works well for siblings or classmates working through the same syllabus.
On-site group I can travel to your school, college, or company for in-person sessions. Useful for cohort revision blocks or workshops.

04 — Who I work with

It’s rarely a straight line in

Most people I coach are switching from another career entirely. Different starting points, same honest question: what’s the shortest real route?

Total switchers Coming from outside tech with no IT background — we start with the fundamentals and a realistic first-role target.
Helpdesk & IT support Already in a support seat and wanting to move toward security or a specialist track.
Cert-driven changers Using CISSP, Security+ or similar to open the door — we drill the exam and the interview behind it.
Returners Coming back to work after a break and rebuilding current, hireable skills.
